About CLCU
Why bank with us?
Serving Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Gadsden, Jackson, and Liberty Counties.
CLCU is a member-owned financial cooperative that serves anyone who lives, works, worships, goes to school, owns a business or volunteers in Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Gadsden, Jackson, or Liberty Counties. We also serve the immediate family members of our members.
We were founded in 1957 as Calhoun County Teachers Credit Union by a group of teachers who wanted to provide financial services to their fellow educators. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our membership eligibility and product offerings to meet the changing needs of our community.
Today, we have over 6,000 members and more than $100 million in assets. We have three branches in Blountstown and Bristol, and we are part of a network that gives our members access to thousands of ATMs nationwide.
