Donations, Sponsorships & Community Requests
At Calhoun Liberty Credit Union, we are proud to support organizations, events, and initiatives that make a positive impact in the communities we serve. Through donations, sponsorships, event participation, and community outreach opportunities we strive to stay actively involved in the communities we call home.
We receive many requests throughout the year and carefully review each one to ensure they align with our mission, values, and community involvement goals.
What We Support
CLCU may consider requests for:
- Community event sponsorships
- Donations to nonprofit organizations and charitable causes
- School programs, youth organizations, and educational initiatives
- Festivals, fairs, and community events
- Requests for CLCU participation at local events
- Financial wellness and community outreach opportunities
- ATM Trailer requests for qualifying events
- Sports teams, clubs, and civic organizations
- Fundraisers that directly benefit the local community
Requests We Typically Do Not Support
At this time, we generally do not provide support for:
- Individual sponsorship or personal fundraising efforts
- Political organizations, campaigns, or lobbying activities
- Requests submitted outside our service area
- For-profit business ventures
- Religious activities that are not community-focused
- Requests received after the event or funding deadline
How to Submit a Request
To be considered, all requests must be submitted through the form below. Please include as much detail as possible to help us properly review your request. Incomplete requests may delay the review process.
Processing Timeline
Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review your request. We will follow up once a decision has been made.
To help us properly plan, coordinate, and fulfill approved requests — including sponsorships, donations, ATM Trailer requests, and event participation — we ask that all submissions be made at least three weeks in advance. This allows adequate time for scheduling, staffing, preparation, and review.
While we make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible, requests submitted on short notice may be difficult to fulfill.
Each request is thoughtfully evaluated based on community impact, alignment with CLCU values, available funding, staffing, and scheduling availability. Although we strive to support as many organizations and initiatives as possible, approval of donations, sponsorships, ATM Trailer requests, or event participation is not guaranteed.
